  • Meditation Workshop

    The goal for this workshop is to get you on the path of meditation.

    Meditation is simple but hard, which is why we have so many tools!

    At this workshop, you will learn simple visualization and breathing techniques to draw the mind inward; spend some time selecting or creating your own mantras or repetitions; learn hand mudras (gestures) to stay grounded in the body and keep count of your mantras.

    We will then bring all the elements together to prepare for our meditation practice!

  • Sound Bath

    Come join in for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience like no other. We’ll start out with some gentle flowing and stretching and then you’ll be invited to find a comfortable savasana position in order to absorb the healing vibrations of bowls, bells, vocalizations, and other instruments. Plan to leave feeling centered, calm, and rejuvenated. In addition, the last Restorative and Yin classes of each month will incorporate Sound Bath.

    Guided Savasana meditation. The first part of the practice is dedicated to gentle stretches and movements to get the prana flowing. The second part is Yoga Nidra, where you will be guided into a sensory journey to build greater body awareness, then into visualizations or affirmations.
