If you need to cancel, please notify the therapist directly as soon as possible. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you may be charged for the session anyway, depending on circumstances.

  • Ginger Griffis - Craniosacral Therapist

    CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY - Ginger Griffis

    Integrated Craniosacral Therapy, or ICST, helps to relieve tension patterns stored in the body, mind, and spirit. With a gentle pressure of about 5 grams, my hands follow the natural movement of your bones and fascia and sometimes suggest a direction of release in order to relieve restrictions within specific structures of the body and the central nervous system.   • HYPNOTHERAPY - Daniela Bragato

    Daniela is a trauma-informed hypnotherapist, mindfulness teacher and writer. Her approach is human-centred and a blend of different techniques including: NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Hypnotherapy and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping.

  • REIKI

    In Marina’s sessions, clients have the option to either just relax and enjoy the soothing energy of Reiki OR delve deeper into their inner experiences, exploring the feelings, images, memories, and sensations that arise. 

    Marina meets her clients where they are at in their journeys and her mission is to help people cultivate self-care, achieve more balance and purpose in their lives to create a fulfilling reality aligned with who they truly are.

    Your session with Yuko will begin with a conversation. Maybe you want to become stronger or more flexible. Perhaps you’re seeking peace of mind. Or just curious about yoga.   • Ginger Griffis  - Private Yoga Instruction

    PRIVATE YOGA Instruction - Ginger Griffis

    Your private sessions will be guided by your intentions: physical, emotional, or spiritual. You may wish to explore a particular pose more deeply, find ease in a particular part of the body, deepen your practice in general, or whatever your heart desires. Our sessions can incorporate asana, pranayama, chanting, hands on support, open discussion, and our combined creativity. CONTACT

    Private yoga instruction is available with all of our instructors if they are available and willing. Please contact them directly first to inquire and schedule a time, then book a session through our booking system (scroll down to find the private yoga sessions)

  • SOUND BATH

    Last Friday of every month (6-7 PM), come join in for a relaxing and rejuvenating sound bath—using your regular class card or a drop in class ($25). We’ll start out with some gentle flowing and stretching and then you’ll be invited to find a comfortable savasana position in order to absorb the sounds of bowls, bells, vocalizations, and other healing sounds. Plan to leave feeling centered and calm.

  • YOGA NIDRA

    First Friday of every month (6:00-7:15 PM), come join in for a relaxing and rejuvenating guided savasana meditation—using your regular class card or a drop in class ($25). We’ll start out with some gentle flowing and stretching and then you’ll be invited to find a comfortable savasana position in order to be guided to a gently powerful healing space between waking and sleep where intentions can be cultivated.
