Sound Bath / Sound Therapeutics by Will Martínez

Sound bath/sound treatment aims at achieving a state of relaxation, release of tensions, and quietness of the mind. It allows rest and the creation of calm space to help one on their journey to healing, restoration, and healthier states of  being.

A typical session would involve a brief assessment dialogue and an hour to an hour and a half long treatment (minimal to no direct physical touch) being exposed to gentle sounds from metal alloy musical bowls, metal alloy resonating instruments as well as other gentle / therapeutic sounds. Light exposure to aromas and oils is also offered, but optional.

Each specific treatment involves minimal hand touch, object placement and light contact using light weight instruments (bowls, tuning forks) on the back and on the front part of the body, including chakra areas, face, palms and feet.
