$30/session - Next Limb Pratyahara - withdrawal of the senses - incorporating asana, sutra study, and yoga nidra
Have you ever wondered what the “8 Limbs of Yoga” was referring to? This series will cover the 8 “Limbs”, or aspects, of yoga philosophy and practice, at a high level, The learnings will be incorporated into a full yoga asana class, including movement, breath, and meditation, so you can learn the basics of yoga philosophy in an experiential way. The series will culminate in a combination yoga, yoga nidra, and sound bath event for the final, 8th, limb, in January, celebrating Samadhi, or bliss.

Good Vibrations Sound Bath Fundraiser

Light yoga and stretching, full sound bath, a little cider, and all for a good cause. Half of the proceeds will go to Pike Market Food Bank.

Link your movements to your breath as you flow through a sequence of poses in a moving meditation. These classes are best for those with at least a few months of experience doing yoga, since we will be moving more swiftly from pose to pose.

CHAIR - FUNDAMENTALS - HATHA
Take time to explore your body’s most essential expression of each pose, infusing and informing each asana with sustained breath and gentle focus. We will spend more time in each pose to help and allow you to discover the optimal alignment for your body to make each pose your own, and feel it from the inside out.
