New Year Greetings! Newsletter 2023

We hope you had a wonderful year-end and that you are off to an auspicious and peaceful start to the new year.

Some of you may already know. . .but we’re super excited to announce that our team is growing!

Adam Lapierre is joining us as an Instructor, and Babs Kabir and Briar Radtke are joining the Healing Arts team as an Esthetician and Massage Therapist, respectively.

Adam brings with him an extensive background as a yoga teacher and a former studio owner in California. An engaging instructor, Adam’s classes will challenge you and leave you feeling energized. He teaches Fire Up Flow II on Saturday mornings, 8-9 am.

A special thanks to all who donated — we were able to raise almost $500! Also a special shout-out to the carolers, Holidames, for bringing the holiday cheer to our studio!
