Happiest New Year’s Greetings to you! 
We hope you’ve been having a peaceful post-Christmas, and looking ahead at the coming year with a sense of hope and excitement. 
Our newsletter is on the long side this time -- we have lots of exciting news to share!
First up. . .

NEW HEALER
We are excited to welcome hypnotherapist Daniela Bragato to our team of healers! Daniela, who is also a mindfulness teacher and writer, uses hypnosis as a therapeutic tool to help address anxiety, stress, panic attacks and a host of other mental health conditions. 
Starting January 8, Daniela will be available on our booking system every Monday afternoon (or custom dates) for 45-minute mini hypnotherapy sessions focused on stress relief and confidence-boosting. If you’re new to hypnotherapy, it’s a great way to get acquainted with it and decompress at the same time.
For a more targeted treatment, such as dealing with phobias, negative beliefs, self-esteem issues, etc., a full course of six Trauma-Informed Hypnotherapy sessions (60-90 minutes each) is recommended.

But WAIT, there’s more! Just for the month of January, Daniela is offering 20% off her mini sessions and full course. You can book your mini sessions directly through our StudioBookings site, or contact Daniela for custom dates/times. Email Daniela to make an appointment for a full course.

JAN 12 (Fri) HYPNOTHERAPY POP UP, with Daniela
The first event of 2024 is Daniela’s Hypnotherapy Pop Up, a mindfulness and journaling workshop, where you will build your intentions for an inspired start to the new year. The Pop Up is a great opportunity to meet Daniela and learn more about Hypnotherapy and her offerings at the studio.
Time: 6-7:30 pm
Cost: Use your regular class card/pass or buy a $25 drop in.

JAN 19 (Fri) NEW YEAR CHAKRA CLEARING with SOUND & MOVEMENT, with Seanna & Ginger
Start your year with a clean slate. Realign, reset and renew with a chakra clearing practice led by Seanna to the sound of crystal bowls and vocalizations by Ginger.
Time: 6-7:30 pm
Cost: $40

JAN 27 (Sat) WINTER INTRO SERIES, with Ginger
Our Winter Intro Series of five classes will kick off on Saturday, January 27. Whether you’re new to yoga, returning to the practice after a long break, or simply looking for a referesher on basics, this series offers something for everybody! 
Time: 1-2:30 pm
Dates: 5 consecutive Saturdays (1/27, 2/3, 2/10, 2/17, 2/24)
Cost: $180 (Includes a 50% discount on all yoga class passes. Private lessons not included.)

2024 NEW YEAR, NEW SCHEDULE
We are always striving for improvement! Which is why we’ve updated our schedule to better serve you and your busy schedule. The changes take effect as of Jan 2. Check out all the new changes in the bullet points below: 
New Class!
- We are adding Slow Flow on Thursday nights at 7:30 pm, with Seanna as the instructor. We are thrilled about adding another evening flow class on a weekday for those of you who can’t get to the studio during the day. 
New Dates/Times!
- Chair Yoga will take place on Tuesday and Friday mornings at 11 am (changed from Wed and Fri at 10 am)
- Wednesday Essential Flow will start at 9:30 am (changed from 11:30 am)
- Wednesday evening classes are shifted: Hatha at 6 pm, Meditation at 8:35 pm after Yin
- Yuko’s pre-blocked Private Sessions will move to Wednedays from 11 am - 4 pm (changed from Tuesday)
- Thursday morning Slow Flow will move to Fridays at 9:30 am 
- Friday morning Essential Flow will move to Thursdays at 9:30 am
- Friday Hatha will start at 12 pm (changed from 2 pm) 
- Saturday Slow Flow will start at 8 am (changed from 7:30 am)
- Sunday Fire Up Flow will start at 9 am (changed from 10 am)
- Sunday Gentle Yoga will start at 10:30 am; Meditation at 11:35 am (changed from 7:45 am, 9 am, respectively)

STUDIO THEME
January feels like the perfect month to espouse the theme of “Witness” as a form of Svadhyaya -- self study. Witnessing one’s thoughts and emotions to learn about oneself is crucial to the path of a Yogi. This month, some of our meditation and breathing will focus on this very practice, and we will hopefully begin to peel away at the superficial layers to reach our authentic selves.

We are still finalizing plans, but we will soon be welcoming 2 new teachers and adding a Kids’ Yoga class in late February! Stay tuned for more details.
