Come and unwind with us at our mindfulness and journaling workshop.
Daniela, a trauma-informed hypnotherapist, mindfulness teacher and writer, is joining our studio this year offering mini hypnotherapy sessions and longer packages.
This event is a great opportunity to meet her and enjoy a relaxing and nourishing mindfulness session where you’ll reconnect with yourself, reflect on your journey and set thoughtful intentions for the upcoming year.
What to expect:
In this 60 minute session, Daniela will guide you through some gentle mindfulness meditations that will help you tap into your intuition and inner wisdom and then share some journaling prompts to help you set mindful intentions for a year of clarity, calm and purpose.
Daniela's priority is to create a warm, friendly and non-judgemental space and allow you to journal and meditate with comfort and ease. She’ll invite you to share any thoughts or reflections you may have but there’s no pressure to share your writing.
At the end of the session, there will be time to mingle and ask Daniela any questions you may have about hypnotherapy.
What to bring:
your favorite journal and pen
water
wear comfortable and non-restrictive clothes.
Don't worry if you don't have any prior mindfulness or journaling experience - Daniela will be supporting you every step of the way.

Mindfulness is considered a safe practice. However, mindfulness sessions are not intended to be used as therapy, in place of therapy or as a replacement of medication.
