Chakras are all about energy, both in the physical and subtle body. In a series of pop-up classes, we will explore the chakra system through movement, pranayama, and discussion on the origin and meaning of these energy centers. The first session was an overview of the seven main chakras and how they affect mind and body. The following sessions are a deep dive into each chakra, complete with poses, breathwork and vibrational sounds. This is an easygoing approach to learning more about how they work within you and how yoga can help you unlock them.
